Our Products

Our custom (prescription) orthotics include functional, accommodative, dress and several unique sport orthotics. We also manufacture a full line of Diabetic footwear and insoles.

Our highly skilled laboratory technicians take special care in fabricating prescription orthotics which meets the highest level of standards. Each patient's orthotics are designed from your professional prescription specifications. They are built to meet the individual biomechanical and lifestyle needs of your patient.

The orthotic is manufactured by creating a positive plaster cast from the negative 3D plaster cast / foam impression. The shell of the orthotic is created (depending upon the patient’s feet abnormalities) by using appropriate thermoplastic. Completion of the orthotic is accomplished by the addition of suitable cushioning, top covers, modifications / additions and extension materials.

The original impression is filled with liquid plaster to form a positive model. When hardened the cast is removed from the impression. After a series of modifications, our special vacuum-mold machines creates a negative from the desired material. The orthotic is detailed, ground to shape, and finished. Finally, the orthotic is covered with the proper material according to the prescription.
